I am like a goat: Ratan Rajput

A few days back when Ratan Rajput fainted on the sets of Agle Janam Mohe'., everyone thought that it was due to her wrong food-timings. But she clears the air as tells us about her healthy food habits.

Personal fitness mantra: I do yoga everyday because it keeps you healthy even if you don't sweat it out at the gym.
Personal diet mantra: No special diet mantra for me but I make sure that I eat healthy food
Exercise routine: No, exercise is not meant for me. I just do Pranayam and Surya Namaskar.
Is food the elixir of life? : Yes it is. Food is the fuel for the body.
Are you a foodie? Yes I am. I am like a goat; if I see tasty food I attack and finish it up in a few minutes.
Are you a veg or non-veg? Though I am vegetarian, I have eggs.
Favourite cuisine: I like Indian cuisines and my all-time favourite is Paneer makhani.
Favourite dish: Anything with mushrooms.
Favourite restaurant: Generally I don't eat outside.
A must at my breakfast table : Three chapatis and a vegetable.
Sugar or sugarfree for my tea/coffee... I have only milk- no tea/coffee.
Lunch generally consists of' I have rice, dal, vegetable and chapatis.
Dinner generally consists of' A light vegetarian meal.
Dessert delights: Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
One thing I can't resist'There is nothing in particular which I can't resist.
My favourite drink (non-alcoholic)' Apple juice.
My favourite drink (alcoholic)' I don't have alcohol.
At parties I have' Salad.
Most unusual dish I've tasted' I can't remember.
On the streets, I love to have' I love to have Aloo Tikki on the streets.
