I honestly see NO harm in Mayank playing "part time Cupid" for Sam. Samrat knows he loves Gunjan- he's ALWAYS known that, so what if Mayank makes him open his eyes?
Without Mayank's "pushes", Samrat would never be able to tell that Gunjan is the one... his dreamgirl. He'd still be looking at her as his best friend. And it's not his fault either, because he thinks his lvoe for her is friendship... he just needed someone to tell him otherwise.
Samrat will realize on his own at his own pace. Mayank is just moving the story a little forward, I don't see any harm in that.
