Personaly I have a beautiful Boss,😉 She is from US, She is good,....I feel she is trying hard to show her superiority in office😉,Sometime she not able to take fast dicisions,She can't handle other female staff properly cos of Ego probs....But I have just always felt more comfortable around female bosses than I have around male bosses😉😃I can give to her 6 marks out of 10😊

Generally ladies do tend to be picky about small things. There are some who are exceptionally nice.

But these days some men too can be quite a pain. ---- Am not close with my boss😉...am close with my other collegues....cos other collegues are females n 2males😉😛....after i join here I understand tht Ego clash between two females same like a cold war....😛they can enjoy office politics😆

conclusion: It is subjective and a lot depends on whether you are able to get along with them. Two persons of similar nature and thought patterns could be a great matclh.
