Mystery of Varsha's boss

In an article, I read that Varsha's boss is pretending to be positive but he has a mystery behind him...
He is favouring Varsha over his other employees that too in a way that it looks like he himself is not aware that he is giving special treatment to Varsha among all...
What can be the mystery???

Certain probabilities came into my mind like:

1) Maybe he is really in love with Varsha but doesn't want her to know it
2) Maybe his father/mother had an old enemity with Varsha's father/mother, so he is trying to get revenge through Varsha
3) Maybe he is the friend of Ajit (Manjusha's brother) and doing all these things as per the instructions of Ajit. Also Manjusha has more problems with Varsha than Archana
4) Maybe he is the friend/brother of Satish (Archana's ex-fiance)
5) Maybe he has some 'dosh' in his kundali and Varsha's kundali can negate that dosh thats why he is trying to impress Varsha, so that Varsha will marry him & he will be safe.
6) Maybe he is secretly in love with Archana.When he had realised that Archana got married and she is the sister of his employee Varsha, so he is using Varsha to get closer to Archana

I personally think #3 or #5 or #6.....
