If I don't like Akash, then I have to vote for all others. cost =1x5
then only Akash can come down by one vote wrt others.

But if a fan of Akash votes for him, for same cost he can vote for him
5 times, making him to go up by five votes.

Cost of pulling down is more.

Majority dislikes Akash, but people in that majority like different contestants.
Majority can beat Akash, if it can like someone else more than, the minority who likes Akash (But that will be visible in only finals)

In simple scenario, it is about 'liking' different contestants. Here majority started disliking someone, but it is not going to affect much.
Only in the end result, it will become visible.
