I watched black first and then watched the original, I perfered the original much better, it has so much power and soul to it, that movie seemed so much real.
But SLB's movies doesn't seem like a reality movie, more like imagination.

Can anyone please let me know is there any movie ever made in bollywood by any producer which is original and reality !! They are making everyone looks like a small kid who will keep quite if you give him a lollypop !!

Here are some examples of original filmmaking coming out of India:

Gulaal, Black Friday, Dev D, Makdee, The Blue Umbrella, Omkara, Maqbool, Oye Lucky Lucky Oye, Khosla ka Ghosla, Mumbai Meri Jaan, Monsoon Wedding ... the list does go on.

There are original filmmakers all around but we just fawn over people like SLB instead.
