Kareena’s friendly gesture for Aamir

Kareena Kapoor had decided to spend her upcoming birthday on September 21 with her family but now she will be shooting for "3 Idiots" during that period.

There has been a change in Kareena's plans after she agreed to help co-star Aamir Khan with fresh dates for the shooting of "3 Idiots".

Following his wife Kiran's recent miscarriage Aamir has taken time off from his schedule to stay alongside her till she recuperates from the trauma.

This meant the shooting schedule for "3 Idiots" in Mumbai had to be postponed until September. Aamir called up his co-star Kareena and requested her to give him dates in September.

Kareena readily agreed to help Aamir and gave her dates. She knows what Aamir and Kiran are undergoing at the moment and hence decided to cancel her birthday plans in order to accommodate the shoot.

Meanwhile Aamir and Kiran are currently on a trip to Europe. He has even left his two cell phones at home so that no one can disturb the couple.
