Puri wants Kaminey to be banned

Puri Shankaracharya Nishchalanand Saraswati want a ban of Shahid Kapoor's Kaminey for showing Lord Jagannath in bad light.

A scene in Kaminey shows, a poster of scantily clad woman in a public toilet reading 'Apna Hath Jagannath.'

Talking about the scene Puri says, "The scene painted Lord Jagannath in poor light. People across the country should come forward to lodge their protests against such attempts to denigrate a Hindu god."

Puri will be writing to the producer of the movie to remove the objectionable scene from the flick.

The meaning of Apna Hath Jaganath means your hand for you is what you can do with it !! It has nothing to do with anything else !! No religious or anything else it means !! People are getting insane in India for just making nothing into a big issue !! Really fedup now !!😡

Well its also a colloquial expression for masturbation. And I think that is what it meant in the movie. Though its not as if the writers of Kaminey came up with it. I have seen it written in a few public bathrooms.
