By being straightforward. There was this recent incident when my mom had come to visit me and I was invited for a party. I frankly told them that I'd like to spend quality time with my mother and so won't be able to make it.

Have you received invitations from the same person again?
Yes. The person totally seemed to understand and has invited me over again.

Has there been an instance when you went to a do half heartedly? If so, how did you hold up?
Actually it really doesn't matter how I go to a party. Because, after reaching the spot, we booze, we party, we do masti, so you see?automatically your mood changes.
