Adit, Sameer and the police go to the phoolwali but the lady says that Antara's gone. They search high and low but she's not to be found. Adit dreams that he sees her in the morgue. He wakes up weeping.
A couple of men are at a tea stall sipping hot tea when they see a little girl close by staring at them. It is Antara. (Oooofff!!!! She's re-entered finally) One of them offers her a vada pav. He says she seems to be hungry and without food for days. He offers Angel the pav. After sometime she takes it and he urges her to eat it. But she's looking at a stall that's got idols of Ganapati. She throws the wada pav and those fellows wonder why she did that. They think of taking her to the nearest police station since she seems to be lost and from a good home. But then they decide against it……who will get into any jhanjat? Antara walks away. She heads towards the stall. The painter / stall keeper shoos her away and then he leaves to attend to somebody. Antara decides to use her skill and starts painting the idol. The man returns and is furious. He gives her a shake and she faints. He is alarmed and starts carrying her.
Adit has given some pamphlets for printing which are for Rs 1000. Poor guy forks out Rs 450. He promises to pay the remaining the next day. Naturally the printer refuses. (Again a lot of melodramatic speech) He begs the man to give him the stuff. The man asks for collateral and tells him to leave his watch. It's the one Vidya had given him as a wedding anniversary gift. He gives it and takes the fliers.
The stall keeper is carrying Antara and Adit is distributing the papers. Oh boy!!! What drama! After some footage, the man reaches his home and tells the servant to get a doctor. He takes Antara in. He tells his wife that she (Antara) was at the shop when she fainted. He says she's perhaps a lost child. The doctor comes and asks who the girl is and the stall keeper tells him what had happened. After examination, the doc tells him she is weak and hungry and so has fainted. Once she revives they decide to take her to the police station. But when the doc leaves, the wife says that they should keep her since they have no child of their own.
Adit on the other hand is distributing the papers when he falls into a pothole. Poor guy somehow pulls himself out. He starts walking when he comes face to face with Lord Ganapati. Then there is a long list of complaints and shouting from Adit towards his maker. Why should all this happen to me but its okay….. Why pick on Antara? He can't tolerate that. (I am not going to describe the long melodramatic speech.) As he sinks to his knees and asks for help, the camera freezes.
Precap: Adit is at the same Ganapati stall, but his mind is elsewhere. The stall owner cautions him. Adit says what can you expect a father to do? A father who has lost his daughter for the past 5 days…… The man answers, well you've come to the right place.
