The rulers of Chittor belonged to Guhilot clan of Rajput till Rana Ratan Singh in 1303. Once Allauddin captures Chittor the Guhilot clan ends and it's the Sisodias who take over Chittor. Sisodias were the relatives of the Guhilots.
You can make out the difference in their title itself
