I just watched the episode today, and right now, I feel like pulling out my hair after watching the "court/bail scene" ...

Okay, some things I wanted to ask all of you:

1. Did they really need lawyers when the so called judge was doing all the talking? From what I know, the judge sits back, takes notes, keeps the court room in order while the LAWYERS do all the talking.

2. Are judges supposed to do all the talking while the lawyers sit back and pretend they're doing their jobs?

3. Is it even legal for a judge to blame the person without solid proof..or until the final hearing is made? This point really pissed me off. Is it legal for a judge- the person who has the ultimate say in the case- to call the person a CRIMINAL before the decision is made?

Now, I'm no lawyer, but I do have basic knowledge on the Laws, and from what I watched today, nothing made sense. Before all of you start saying "It's just a show" let me make it clear that I know that. But this scene was totally unrealistic, hence the reason I am hating this track.

Mimi, i can understand your situation, i was like what the hell?!

the lawyer was of no use at all, the gang did all the Rv's blood drama for no reason?

i completely skipped through the epi today.

Today Mjht had degraded yet another profession. 👎🏼

After a teacher, police man, lawyer, now its the judge.

LMAO! Squid..I dont think the MJHT creatives no about all this lawyer stuff.lmao! ...but im not worrying about all this stuff...even though I know its wrong because..the truth is that im just really excited for Sam to get out! i know he going to be out soon so Im just waiting for that..not really worried about all this .. LMAO!
