She is a below average actress who got lucky by starring with Imran Khan and finally got noticed.

She is cute, but her acting range is so limited.

And Imran Khan is SRK that she got 'lucky' by starring with him? 😆 It was IK"s first film, so Genelia wasnt gaining anything by starring with the likes of a newcomer,

Genelia wasnt really a recognized bollywood actress prior to Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, she just became more popular after this film.
