yeah right srk did it to sabotage Kaminay that's why his wife went to watch the screening? oh plz grow up

i don't think that it has anything to do with kaminay or shahid

Ok honestly, of all the things said about SRK's detainment...the fact that he did this to take attention away from kaminey is by far the most absurd thing I have read

Honestly the detainment happened and I highly doubt that when it did, SRK's sharp mind thought about how he could use it to sabotage kaminey because he really does not have a life, nor does he have better things to do with his time!

Kaminey is a wonderful movie and is doing extremely well despite the A certificate, swine flu, and being overshadowed by SRK's detainment ( for which SRK is NOT at fault)

exactly i fully agree with u. SRk is not insecure about shahid success he did well he deserved it. it's a coincindence. also just to let people who r sayign it's to promotr khan know thatKJo also watched kaminay and is higly praising it and promoting it on twitter . now why would he do that if it was all o propaganda?

Riya....I did got my facts right! and here is the evidence...I didn't said anything bad about shahid, i just thought that it was absurd of Shobha de to blame shah rukh for taking away the publicity of this film....

Kaminey added approx 3.50 crore nett on Monday to take its four day total to over 20 crore. The overall all India collections were pretty stable on Monday as the film opened in Mumbai city and recorded very good collections in the evening and night shows.

The drop for territories which saw a Friday release was varied. Delhi/UP saw a 40% drop on Monday from Friday collections, East Punjab and Mysore dropped around 50% while other circuits had larger drops.

Overall even though the film was badly affected by swine flu and a fairly big drop in collections on Monday in some circuits, the film is likely to emerge a hit on the strength of its big opening.

Kyakstar- I have absolutely no misconceptions about Kaminey :)

I'm def not saying that its the 'biggest blockbuster of all times', but yes it is doing very well. StarBoxOffice reported that Kaminey is already between a hit and a superhit, and this was reported on Sunday. The collections just increased on Monday because of Mumbai.

completely agree with the bolded part... it's unfortunate that it did work out like that... but as i said earlier, if he did want to so-called 'milk' the situation, he would not have made sure things were under control...!

actually, i'm kinda glad he did bring this issue out in the open, even if it was exaggerated a little... it made me think about a lot of things, which i normally don't...

Well the way I see is the things goingto improve for SRK.

Becasue the whole of this fiasco was not for a commom muslim man but for Indian Icon SRK. Sure things are going to improve for him or likes of him.

SRk used his fans to improve his own stauts. He used thier sentiments to bring more power to him.

What happens when again a commom nam traveling from INdian to USA is stopped and detained.

Will SRK go and raise his voice on that issue.

Will the govt come and ask Obama to invite him for a cup of coffee and say sorry?

Will the media cover it for 3 days?

Will the common man in India comes on street?

What is hapenning in Australia is no less but did the Bollywood di anything for those students?

So I guess now SRk might be given a VVIP treatment but other will still stand in lines and get checked.

So this thing was not for common man this was for SRK and he played his fans for this one. Like it or not.

But the worse thing is - So many actors are coming out and dsaying that we got detained many times but we are not complaining....as it is their rule...But SRk did of his own Indian ICON status.

do you honestly think the US is going to change it's policy because of a foreign actor...??

i don't know whether i should laugh or not...

p.s. at the end of it all, two things can happen... one, NOTHING will change... and if by some stroke of miracle, US starts getting influenced by some star from India... things can only be better... that would mean warmer reception at least when you are waiting...!
