I think Sam totally deserved that slap... palying with grl's emotion to get his work done... and unnecessarily persuading Avni to go to the pub with him where she gets so insulted... if it has not been for Sameer insisting Avni to go to the pub nothing like cud hav happened... I think he deserves two more slaps for this... sorry Sam I do like u very much but wat u hav done is wrong... telling lies to ur brother... telling lies to Illa Gujral.. impersonating a person... god knowns wat will happen wen Illa finds out about Sameer not being Jai... he too wud land up in jail..
