quite a few by the looks of it... i do not think there is anything wrong with wearing anarkali dresses when she's not in a movie...
even kajol and rani are still criticized for their look off screen, but that does not take away from the fact that they are amongst some of the most talented actresses there are...!
honestly, i don't understand all this fuss... but nyways...

^ Well I do understand what you mean but when you're a celebrity people will judge you for your appearances and fashion sense, in my opinion it comes along as a package. While more emphasis is placed on acting(for me atleast), it's still important to have a good dress sense.
As for Vidya, I've rarely seen her having a good appearance other than when the attire is Anarkalis(mostly even they don't suit her).
And while I'd find a good performance more memorable rather than remember who wore what at each event I can't vouch for anyone else and when someone has repeated bad appearances people remember them all the more for it lol.

i love most of them, the purple one, the yellow one and the white one... and the last two as well...

and i agree with fly2me... people make fun of her anarkali dresses but it is way better than what other people are wearing nowadays... and definitely, she should experiment more with her look... she's extremely talented... but i like her look in these, so i don't mind...

Isn't it funny that people rave about rekha's constant gold sari standard and sharmila tagore's 70's saris but criticize the younger lot? Rani wears indian well and so does Vidya. I'd rather see them in the same old where they look good rather than them trying on really bad clothes that look horrible. Vidya might be stuck in anarkali look but it sure beats the outfits she had worn in the past.
