you're supposed to get fat gradually but pammi started to wear the padding one fine day, if they didn't notice that then i can't help them, no one can. this is one time when i actually wish kavya would even bother to look at his wife.
and why couldn't someone just take her into the room and just look at her stomach? problem solved, there's no need to go all the way to the doctor- but then again, that would be too easy, not to mention logical😕
