Arohi and her dad (AD) come home and Bua asks what's wrong. AD says how he used to trust Arohi so much and Arohi assures him that she's still his Arohi and tells Bua she loves Arjun and that Bua had even said she talked to Badi maa. AD interrupts saying how Arjun isn't a good guy but Arohi argues saying he is and he loves her so much that he even left home. AD argues saying he isn't and that it's isn't pyaar but junoon that caused Arjun to leave his house. AD says how people said that he's proud of Arohi and Arohi interrupts saying she hasn't done anything wrong but AD says that she proved him wrong and leaves the room.
Arjun comes and his dad starts asking Arjun what happened and gets worried when Arjun doesn't answer and asks what's wrong. Arjun tells him through flashbacks how Arohi's dad came and slapped him and took Arohi away. Arjun's dad tells Arjun how his mother's dad was like that and hated him and back then he didn't have any money but Arjun's case is different because AD thinks Arjun is still the old Arjun. Arjun's dad tells him not to worry and that it's a small misunderstanding. Arjun says how AD hates his guts and his image isn't that great but Arjun's dad encourages him to go talk to AD as it's just a small misunderstanding.
The doorbell rings and AD goes to open the door and gets mad seeing Arjun while Arohi and Bua also come.. Arjun tells him he's here to clear up misunderstandings and two guys come with instruments and through flashbacks Arjun explains how he bought them. AD says how he doesn't want them and the guys go away. AD tells Arjun to continue. Arjun says how there were misunderstandings between him and Arohi and he hurt Arohi but regretted it after he found out the truth. And he bought the instruments because they belonged to AD and Arohi and how he had promised to God to return them. AD tells him not prove how everything can be bought with money. Arjun says that that's not true or else he would never have come to Mumbai. Arjun says how he promised to be Arohi's shadow and to keep her out of harms way and get rid of all her troubles and it's because of his true love that Arohi found out the truth as well. He tells AD how him and Arohi love each other and he promises to keep Arohi happy forever. Arjun's about to enter inside but AD stops him and tells Arjun that from no one he won't try to form a relationship with Arohi or meet her and that he needs someone who won't hurt Arohi, won't embarrass her and will respect her and that he can't expect that from someone who has a father like Arjun's and brings up how he threw out Badi maa even though she didn't do anything wrong and throws more accusations. Arjun tells AD that he can say whatever he wants but not speak ill of his dad and how his dad's accepted Arohi. AD says that he hasn't accepted Arjun and that from now on, Arjun should never knock on his door and not marry Arohi let alone try to have a relationship from her. Arjun looks at Arohi who leaves in tears and AD closes the door. Arjun turns and remembers AD's words.
