Please stop thinking that Jatin was fair in giving Debojit 9 points the last episode.
Fact of the matter is ...if he was a continuing judge he would have given him 3. At the peak of their "judgedom"(if I may) - they(JL) were the most sarcastic and caustic of the lot - berating ID and HR's contestants regularly and demoralizing them continually.
Now that they were ousted and am sure are well aware that it were their own cheap antics and lack of sense of fair play that showed them the door the first time (and cost Swananda and Sharib dearly).... they are a bit cautious now.
So now that he is back he wants to start his own theatrics and win the hearts of the gullible audience. It's a good ploy to save his sinking career too - which rightfully is in doldrums (rightfully not because they did not give us good music but because they were so crooked!!!)
Which is why he starts doling out "10s" as if they were candy. But he hates ID and hates Debu ...so he cannot give him a 3 (which he would have sooo liked to) ... so what does he do????? He gives Debu a "9". Message clear and he achieved his target too.
Message is - You are the next to go Debu !
Target - Let the audience think what a fair judge I am - and let me win their sorry sympathies!!!!
