TV is inappropriate. - Page 2

What is appropriate or inappropriate is a personal judgment, coming to passing off judgment on TV, well everything in this universe has it place whether right or wrong, but it exists, similarly what comes on the TV is what we choose it to be there, it is we who watch TV ensure that serials are made and are shown for our entertainment.

Yes there are many serials which use words or scenes or gestures which may be inappropriate to a particular situation or age, I believe, some serial makers who want to make money may break all the rules in the book as regards, values are concerned, it is we who need to take a stand on such serials.

I have been noticing recently that more and more shows these days show sex before marriage(not the actual deed) and that most people engage in this activity. Most of these shows also show illegitimate children and girls and guys saying it was okay to have sex before marriage cause they loved each other. hey sharila i definetly agree with what ur saying...i think there is a lot of inappropriate stuff on television and its horrid watching it with ur parents and siblings...it gets funny when there is something like that on tv...dad just changes the channel and mum looks away and my little brother is expression less...but then again as u said we have to decide from a very huge variety of stuff thats on tv and if we make the right decision the family evening is made...coz i think that television is the most entertaining thing ever and helps u get rid of all ur anxieties and helps ur imagination to grow

Thanks Traveller!! People need to makes choices, there is always something good to watch. You right there is so many times when you have to walk away or changes the channel. But we all know as to what the show might be all about. Most of the time Title says it all

Yeh i agree With Apurna Di..... Tv iz In-Appropriate now adays......But as Sharmila Di said k I agree there is times it is hard to watch TV with the family but than again there are shows where you can.
So it dependz on our chocieeeeee to watch any kind of drama thats suits out tasteeeeee.....
Basically wht i do iz that i dont watch Tv very much for entertainment......Becoz i thing There iz no Entertainment in Tv Shows(Now adays)
I stuk up all the time with Boooks thats wht i do most of the time....and i watch National Geo. and Newss channels............ Thats it.........
