Problem on the index page

Hi

i am getting a problem on the index page i.e. the I-F main page.. its the Global Announcement and the General Forum Announcements.. its tab keeps on changing automatically..

And i am facing problem in clicking for a section below it.. weneva i want to click Fan-Fiction I end up clicking on the Zee Channel 😆.. It is because Global Announcement tab has more topics then General Forum Announcements.. Therefore, it keeps on fluctuating the whole page up and down..

Not sure if everyone else is having the same problem.

I have the same problem..it actually angers me because I want to click on like...MJHt and the pages moves so i accidently click another link instead and also..it glitches my computer for a second..so..it would be great it that stopped...lol
