Start of episode
Chandini excitedly asks Prashanth if he knows where her Mini dini is. Prashanth says no, but he had heard Kamini mention the name during the first time when Chandini went to IC uninvited. He tells Chandini that today is the IC annual party, right? In that case, Manisha might be in the party becoz this is the party where invitations are sent to anybody who has ever been connected with IC, including sponsorers, business partners as well as ex employees. So if Manisha had anything to do with IC, then probably she will also be at the party.
Romeo comes walking into the chawl loudly singing Salaam Namaste and carrying small bundles of cut sugarcane when he meets Vidya. Vidya asks him what he is doing and Romeo replies that he is helping out for Lodi. Vidya questions him as to what is Lodi and Romeo says, oh you are a hindustani and don't know what Lodi is. By that time Beeji comes up and asks Romeo what he is doing with the cut sugarcane. Romeo replies that you had asked me for sugarcane to eat and see I have bought the tastiest sugarcane. Beeji hits him on the head and says that the sugarcane is for the lodi puja and not for eating and she wanted the full sugarcane with the leaves and not the cut sugarcane. She says that you kept boasting that when Romeo is on the job, no need to take tension. Romeo is hurt and says that while he is there, there is no need to worry and that he will be back within half an hour and leaves. Vidya questions Beeji as to what is Lodi and Beeji says it is the start of the harvest season. Vidya is excited about it when Chandini comes running up and excitedly tells Beeji to come inside with her.
Chandini tells Beeji that this year she cannot celebrate Lodi with her since there is the office party. Beeji is surprised and tells her that such parties keep coming, but Lodi comes only one year. Chandini says maybe such parties will never come in her life and maybe in this party she will find Mini didi. Beeji shocked exclaims Manisha and asks Chandini if this is true. Chandini tells her that according to Prashanth, anybody who was ever connected with IC will there at the party and therefore there is a very strong possibility of finding Manisha. She says that 1 door of possibility is will be open if I go to that party and the other door will be open if I have your aashirwaad. Beeji tells her to pray to Maatharani as her aashirwaad will make everything possible.
Adi and Dadaji are discussing about today's party and Dadaji asks Adi if all the invitations have been sent out. Adi says that everything has been organized from the DJ, food and invitations. Dadaji asks about the Dhol baajna and the Bhangra dancing since it is Lodi. But Adi pooh poohs the idea and says that all this lodi and bhangra will look out of place in the IC party and walks away. Dadaji sits down sadly and says to himself that every year, Vishesh promises that we will have Lodi celebrations, but looks like this time will also be a disappointment.
Beeji is sitting on a charpai in the chawl when Romeo comes up for once dressed in a kurta - pyjama and carrying the long stalks of sugarcane. Beeji catches Chandini all dressed up for the party and goes into nostalgia on seeing her baaliya ( earrings ). She says that during Lodi celebrations one year, she had got both Manisha and Chandini the same pair of baliya so that there would be no fighting among them. She says sadly, I had both my granddaughters with me that day. Chandini consoles her and says that hope is still left.
Music and lights are blaring in a lounge where the IC party is going on in full swing. Adi who is dancing catches sight of Dadaji sitting in a corner and tries to get him to dance, but Dadaji refuses saying that he just cannot appreciate this generation's style of western music and beats. Adi goes back to dance when Chandini enters the party. She looks around at everybody dancing and wonders how she will find Mini didi in such a crowd. Just then a hand is clapped on her shoulder and somebody exclaims Chandini. Chandini whirls around to see................. Dadaji. She is happy to see him and Dadaji asks her why she is not celebrating Lodi. Chandini says that coming to the office party is also important, and Dadaji tells her he cannot understand such parties and the music. Just then Ami comes upto Chandini and asks her to dance. Chandini says after a while and Dadaji asks her to go on as one should not refuse one's friends. Just then the music stops and the loud beating of the dhol is heard. Everybody turns around to see Vishesh playing the dhol and Adi is totally surprised. Vishesh says that it is time to liven up the party with some extra beats as today is Lodi and he dedicates it to Dadaji. Dadaji is very happy but Adi comes upto Vishesh and says that such Dhol and Bhangra is totally out of place. Dadaji says that since your generation has changed Bhangra to Bhangra rap, why should there be any problem dancing the original Bhangra. He says probably none of you even know how to dance the Bhangra. Adi suggest having a competition between hip hop and bhangra. Dadaji and Vishesh agree and Dadaji picks Chandini to dance. While the rest of the crowd chooses Adi for the hip hop.
Beeji is standing alone in the kitchen praying for Chandini's success when Romeo comes in and asks Beeji what she is doing inside when everybody is waiting for her outside. Beeji goes with him and starts distributing prasad to everyone when a pair of arms are outstretched which belong to Prashanth. He says that he has come to join them since Chandini helped him to meet his daughter. Beeji says she can understand the separation from a loved one.
Meanwhile, Adi and Chandini take up their positions on the stage and the dance competition begins in full josh with Chandini energetically dancing the bhangra and Adi making his sexy moves ( and making me swoon! ). But ultimately Adi has to accept defeat as he runs out of moves and walks off the stage. Chandini comes upto Dadaji and Vishesh and pulls them on stage and then everybody come on stage and start dancing the bhangra. Adi is looking at all of them in surprise.
In the chawl, everybody is going around the fire and dancing when Prashanth catches sight of Beeji who is standing with tears in her eyes. Beeji says that she had bought a pair of payal for Manisha when she had come over from Jalandhar thinking she will give it for Lodi, but Lodi has come and gone and there is no sign of Manisha. Prashanth tells her not to give up hope.
Chandini sits on the bar stool and asks the barman for orange juice. A voice exclaims orange juice and Chandini turns around to see a lady in a black dress and high stilletos enter and the lady is Ravee Gupta! ( Oh my God Shefs! This means your detective and prediction skills are awesome da! I almost fell off my chair in shock! Does that mean your fanfic about Adi and Shefs will also come true! God no, you can't be so cruel to the rest of us! ). She drunkenly suggests that orange juice and vodka is a much better combination, but Chandini politely says she doesn't drink alcohol. Ravee then scruitinizing Chandini says she looks familiar and that she had met a girl who had similar earrings. Chandini looks up in shock and asks her where she had met the girl, but Ravee says that I don't remember anything after a few drinks. Just then a group of boys swarm Ravee and within a few seconds, Ravee completely disappears! Chandini is in shock and frantically searches for her everywhere, but in vain.
Later in the night, Chandini is resting on Beeji's lap in the charpai and both are dejected. Chandini says that she searched everywhere for the girl, but she was nowhere to be found. Beeji says that there must be many girls who wear the same type of earrings and goes inside. Chandini is following her when a noise makes her stop and turning around, she spies Ravee far away behind some bushes. Chandini stares at her in shock.

Preview of next episode: Ami and Chandini are sitting in a canteen and Ami questions Chand as to whether she was searching for a girl during the IC party. Chandini says that the girl just disappeared and Ami suggests to try Tyson as he will probably know. Chandini starts getting hopeful again that Tyson might help her to find the girl.
