In my opinion, and my experience - for Someone to marry a man so much younger than her will never work. Although he is nice, Manas will grow bored of Rakhi.

Rakhi needs to marry Elesh.

Elesh...they suit each other in every way....he is the only gut who is matured. he seems honest and i guess he genuinely loves Ralkhi.....hopeeeeeee she chooses him ! :)
