[On SaJan's pillar scene]
1. Sam knew that Gunjan was standing there the whole time. He knew that Gunjan sent Nupz to tell him to stay away from her. He knew that she was listening so he made sure that she knew that he wasn't about to back off.
2. When Nupur told him that if he were a true friend, he would SEE what's in Gunjan's heart. As soon as she said that, his face went from> 😊 to 😲 (which goes to show how very clueless he is *sighs) but the smile didn't leave his face. Makes you wonder sometimes...hmm does he know? But he wanted to know what's in Gunjan's heart so he tries to get Nupur to talk (which was shocking since she's always talking 😆) but then Ms. Angel with the Halo [Gunjan] gives her "don't you dare tell him" looks.
3.As soon as Nupur left, he walked over the pillar and he SAW his chashmish (who went back into hiding) and he smiled. He knew she would do that so he stood on the other side and talked to her.
Btw, the background music that was being played is my fave MJHT tune 😳 *coughs anyways..so he talked to her behind the pillar. SOOO SWEET! He let her know that she'll always be his best friend (though it was indirect). He knows that whatever she does is always right. He knows that once again, he's WRONG (and this is when you all clap because atleast he admits that) and as soon as he says that, she feels bad. Because she knows that he isn't wrong. She knows that he's her everything... but they can't be anything (temporarily)
He had a feeling that she would reply to his notes (see how much he knows her?) but she didn't (uhm, yeah she did..but your witch of a girlfriend stole it 🤢)
But, he will respect her decision. He will back off but he will ALWAYS wait for her. He'll keep waiting...forever and for always, because he knows that sooner of later, she will be his. 😳
4. Before leaving, he smiles because he won't end this friendship with tears. He'll smile because picture abhi baki hai meri dosts. 😆 (too much OSO...)
Okay, so that was the take on the scene. And this is my take on the significance of the pillar. 🤓
Google baba says that a pillar is:
-a prominent supporter
-Rock left behind to help support the excavations in an underground mine
Okay, the second definition does not have to do with my anology 😆
So according to me, the pillar was shown for 2 reasons:
-Showing that there's something strong standing between SaJan. Something that's standing in the way of their relationship. Standing in between their friendship and their love. (And that something is Sheena 🤢)
-But at the same time, that pillar represents strength. The strength of their friendship, the strength of their (soon to blossom) love. The pillar is their undying feelings for each other. It represents the relationship they share- it's their pillar. 😊
So as you can see, you can look at this scene in various ways...negative or positive.
