What's wrong with palak

From last two episods i have noticed palak has started addressing herself as "HUM"...............she doesn't even have "T" of tahzib 😡 and she is taking in nawabi tahzib........😲

she's just pretending to be very well mannered!
i can't think how can ishQ find her to be sweet!
i just hope she just gets lost in the jungle!
