Most leading men like to do the chameleon routine, and Hrithik Roshan, who turns 32 today, January 10, is no exception.
Even as we are getting used to his longer hair, here's a look at the different Hrithiks we have seen over the last few years:
Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai
In a superbly packaged debut, Hrithik grooved in skintight -shirts to show off his gigantic arms. A gelled hairdo and glasses were added on, to emphasise his sharp features enough to call them 'chiselled'.
The ladies were not complaining.
Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham
Taking on mighty megastars Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik came to this Karan Johar film attired suavely in the understated.
Roshan held his own in this huge movie, looking as if he had stepped out of the pages of a fashion magazine.
Koi… Mil Gaya
For a Rambo-lookalike to squeeze into the square garb of a mentally-challenged geek is no easy task, but Hrithik accomplished it well, convincingly playing Rekha's alien-savvy son and walking away with box-office moolah.
Lakshya
Chop, chop, young lad, you're in the army now.
Hrithik's wartime coming-of-age film was exaggerated to the extreme, and didn't work, but at least it made mothers across the country happy as their sons turned to crewcuts to impress their Duggu-doting girlfriends.
For the un-initiated, Duggu is Hrithik's nickname.
Krrish
Bollywood believes in extremes. So as Hrithik's close cropped hair didn't work with Lakshya, he has now gone for a long mop of relatively shaggy hair as he attempts to take Koi... Mil Gaya into the future with Priyanka Chopra by his side.
Good luck, dude.
