What should we expect from the visit??

Hillary's visit to CHina in Feb should have raised an eyebrow yet it seems to have no effect. India is not as important to US as China and Pakistan.WIll there be any promises just for the sake of it as India cannot be ignored due to its growth . Just the trade alone in 4-5 years has almost doubled leaving the outsource out. Not only that Indian origins in US are more active then Chienese origin community. Being a resident i have noticed no matter what field we enter, Indian are always actve there. even in politics. Obama is yet to prove himself so what does this visit brings us in the plate?

All I expect is flattery expressing how great India is and its past and present leaders are and we will lie flat on their door . All I expect from her side is flattery and giving unneccesaary hype which will make us proud till we get hit by another terrorist attackAre we really ready with a analysis on to what should we expect from her visit???
Are we really expecting a plan from US to help us fight the devil terrorist who is eating US and India???

Will it be just a waste of our time and energy again

Honestly, the United States has way too many issues of its own to address to be able to generally address issues for India. In my opinion diplomacy is simply a way of ensuring that you do not burn more bridges. India can and should plan on being a viable force on its own without depending on any diplomatic relations. However, they should welcome USA and expend that time and energy in the talks, for as I said - its ensuring that you do not burn your bridges. You never know when you may need to cross one.

actually india should not expect any thing for any of the countries. it has to build its own supremacy and power on its own.
yes being on good terms with all is advisable.
