Well Said.. God only disposes but does not seem to care..

So is it safe to say that People who actually say the Man Makes his Own Destiny are Hypocrites and are saying this because they have been blessed with Some Good Luck at the correct time in their life..

Why not God proposes but man disposes?

Afterall i think eventually its we who take a decision. Why blame our poor deeds on poor God?😆

What's the difference between fate and destiny? If the fate is fixed, what do you make out of such saying like: "Each the architect of his own fate"?

My belief is that once you have decided that fate/destiny is fixed(depending upon definition),you are doomed !😆

My question was really aimed at WA, who stated:

You plan your destiny, but fate decides it. Hard work plays a huge role, but I also believe in fate. Sometimes not all is in your hands, and as much as we long for something, it does not entail that we will get it - and I think that is the irony of life.

@topic starter very nice thread!
As long as I'm concerned I firmly belive that destiny is everything im not saying that one should start blaming their destiny for success and faliures in life but few things are fated and we 've no control over them like accident,death marraige etc,etc!
