Brief Update - July 9, 2009

Nanda is worried about seeing the article and people ask her questions. Babli shrugs the topic off. Shivam calls Nanda to tell her that Geeti has a high fever, and he has called the doctor over. Shubha misses Vipul's presence. She goes to the kitchen and starts making something. Shubha grabs the sugar container and screams at seeing her sugar container filled with ants. Tyagi forces Pooja to attend the meeting after yelling at her. Pooja calls Karan and tells him that she can't come to dinner because she has work to do. Shivam and Geeti play a board game at home. Geeti is silent and doesn't utter a word out of her mouth. Shivam consoles Geeti and tells her that everybody makes mistakes, and what she did is not that bad. He calms her down and tells her about the ways of a a middle class person's life, and the difference between them and rich people. Nanda comes home and Geeti apologizes. Before forgiving Geeti, a call from the police comes, telling them to come for a drug test report. Vasu and her husband come to Shubha's house. They give her a bai to help take care of her. Shubha gets mad and says she doesn't need anyone's help, and she wants to live alone. Vasu argues and her husband stops her. Vasu's husband and Vasu come to an agreement that they will visit Shubha's house frequently, but won't help her. At the meeting place, Tyagi realizes he left in important file at his company, and tells Pooja to handle the patient while he is gone. Pooja goes up to the meeting room and is shocked to see Karan there. Pooja is shocked to hear Karan's misunderstanding of what he thinks Pooja will do. He gets mad at her and yells at her because of his misunderstanding. He thinks Tyagi gave Pooja all the money to pay her expenses. Karan tells Pooja that she has fallen low in his opinion. Pooja tries to prove her innocense, and Karan slaps her.
