On Friday, Karan called Tyagi's "office" & his cell display showed "Calling Pooja's office" - however, Tyagi answered his cellphone - how can Tyagi's cell number be Pooja's office number?

No,he had the office number of pooja and the card had the office number too and so it flashed as pooja's office number.He asked his receptionist to connect to Tyagi,if you remember and she connected him to Tyagi's cell.
