first i have to agree GD is misunderstood most of time as his actions are usually misinterpreted by mostly everyone and that is really heart breaking to see.. i know that most of the time he doesn't mean to be offenive to anyone but somehow his actions always comes off wrong and then our poor GD have to face the world netizen.. whether it be his hair, his clothes or his composition it seems that whenever he tries to do something he is under the spot light getting interrogated by the world.. I dont want to sound cliche but he is a misunderstood soul!! LOL.. even Taeyang said the same thing about him in one of his japanese interviews...😆

. As for GD being "proud" so to speak, I have a slightly different opinion on this. Don't get me wrong, I love Big Bang (as a group) but I have my biases towards GD and SR (okay.. i agree with SR here.. i dont really like him either.. the boy is too confident for his own good!! it makes him sound really arrogant) only because I've analyzed them to the core with my other BB fangirl friends. GD is very confident, that is true but sometimes it comes off as arrogant. I know he doesn't do it purposely, but c'mon he isn't a gentleman all the time. From all the fan encouters I've read, GD is the least responsive to fans (what he does on stage is a different story) but many times fans have approached him and he doesn't even turn around to say wave. That's him and his personality, take it for what it is (and if your curious, YB and DS are the most responsive).

i have to say that i am little surprised to hear about GD's encounter with his fans.. for some reason when i look at him and his actions on camera he comes off this dorkish weird kinda fellow that you can't help but fall in love with.. maybe i am in denial but i still think that there is a logical explanation as to why he was being "rude" to his fans.. i agree he isn't a gentleman all the time.. but who really is.. everytime i see him with reporters or on TV he is someone who is respectful to everyone.. and seeing his humble background it's kind of hard for me to believe that he is proud!!BTW i would imagine Daesungie would be approachable to his fans.. I love him too pieces!! he is too cute and adorable for words!!! anyways.. getting back to GD.. no one really knows why he is so unresponsive to his fans. maybe because other people are scared to approach him or that he doesn't know how to react towards fans.. maybe he thinks that the fans are approaching other members.. I think in one of his interviews he was talking about how he doesn't like people liking him because of his looks.. how he wants to be recognized for his music rather than how his appearances.. maybe something along those lines might be the reason behind his cold exterior!! they would be thousands of reasons.. and one of them might be his personality but no one knows for sure though !! .. but i am sure he is thankful to his fans and acknowledge their presence in their music career..i mean he wrote "Until Whenever" for his fans after all!

Furthermore, GD likes to be the center of attention, he doesn't like follow trends he likes to set them. True...This is another reason he is so well liked. Do I like this? No. Why? Because GD's fans tend to put him on this throne, I've read about fans going "oh GD is a musical genius"....quite frankly I don't think so.

I somewhat agree with you.. GD is VERY talented but even i dont call him a musical genius! he is very smart and know how to compose his kind of music VERY VERY well! In fact his composition and lyrics is something that attracts me to him as a fangirl!! but he has to do something really drastic to be considered a musical genius.. i am talking what Mozart did in 18th century (now that is musical genius)

GD did shuttle BB to fame through his one song "Lies" but to me "Haru Haru" and "Heaven" and everything else is so static. If you want to know, the true mastermind behind YG is Teddy. Alot of the fame YG has achieved is through Teddy's work, not GD. In my opinion, GD isn't that big of a deal as people make him out to be.

hmm.. that's the exact point i was going to bring up!!😆 GD composition of lies is what put BB on the map! "Lies" is BB biggest up to date and was what people take notice of them... I actually love Haru Haru and Heaven.. I agree they are somewhat similar but somehow it sounds differently.. i dont know how to explain it.. the songs might be about the same situation but his words puts the listener into a different world all together in each and every song!!. the way he writes changes the whole feel of the song and it comes off as fresh and addictive.. to me anyways...

I dont think anyone denies that Teddy, the brave brothers and all YG producers have a great hand in making BB.. not even GD can deny that.. BB and every YG artist have to be grateful to Teddy for their careers..

I think he takes alot of the limelight from some of the other members, like TOP who I believe is a great song writer in the making, his work is very authentic. Or Daesung, who has been the underdog since Big Bang came out, and only got his fame without being in Big Bang (ie. Family Outing).

I have to disagree.. i think that all the members get enough attention.. in fact in recent interviews i see GD just sitting there not saying anything while other members promote the group or are asked about their solo activities (in japanese interviews but Korean interviews)! !!! which is fine.. i love to hear each and every member of the group and how they are progressing in their respective career... in fact something i think GD gets sidelined as a rapper... both TOP and GD are rappers.. however.. in the group TOP is considered THE rapper of the group (dont get me wrong.. TOP is an awesome rapper and I LOVE him ALOT TOO!!) but during interviews he is asked most of the questions about rapping.. what about GD? he is a rapper too but is never recognized for it..!!

i dont think anyone can deny the freshness and talent GD have.. so something i think he does deserve the lime light.. and he is not taking anything from OTHER members!! in all interviews all the members have equal screen time and individually showcase their talents.. Actually ONE of the best qualities of BB is that NO MEMBER need someone to hold them.. in this industry they can stand alone and make it..All he members had their solo activities and have come out successful!! and that itself is admirable and tells about the bundle of talent each and every member possess..

I love family outing.. i started to watch it for Dae but soon saw myself falling and loving each and every member!!!! i wouldn't say Daesang got his fame without BB.. Daesang is talented (his vocals are amazing) but he got into family outing because he is a member of BB.. after the show started and we got to see the real Daesang is another story..

TOP is well TOP! I love his rapping and i think he stops time when he raps.. I love his Act like nothing is wrong.. he is one of the best rapper in Korea and for that i respect him!! I love how he is seperating into different field of entertainment.. from rapping to MCing to acting to composing.. there is nothing this man cannot do.. and it doesn't hurt that he is freaking HOT!!!!

i know that each and every memebr of the group are special in their own way! and i agree.. without ANYONE of the members

Yes, I like GD, but sometimes he does alot of things that really bug me, but that's just me. Of late, he's been pretty good and I do like his friendship with YB.

LOL!! hm... maybe i am being bias.. i love everything GD does.. his actions are funny and corky.. and to me it comes out loveable!! I think most of my craziness comes out from seeing his action towards his members! the way he takes care of them makes him a worthy leader.. agree Taeyang is the most sensitive member and takes care of their Maknaes too.. but i love GD after i found out that he wrote Look at me Gwissoon for Dae.. and Strong Baby for Seungri!! ahh.. what can i do.. after you become a fan of a member you find it impossible not to defend them!!!

Oh, and GD's album got delayed cause of his depression, not cause of Big Bang. I know I probably sound like a GD hater or something, but I'm really not...I just have my opinions about each of the members. ya.. i know that his depression was due to fatigue and work overload!!! but after he came back from his holiday he seems ALOT calmer and mature!!! i guess it gave him time to think!!! I can't wait for his CD to come out!! wishing him all the best!!
