I think I qualify to be on this team too. Transformers 2 was not good, more of a rental than anything. It was also like Hindi film level long. My short review is this that the plot was contrived and I know that is alot from the action movie, but it was more predictable than I would have liked. I looked at the exit about 8 times. Despite the material not giving much, Shia LaBeouf definitely rose above the script. He was very believable, and he is probably one of Hollywood's finest young actors along with Emile Hirsch. Meghan Fox was her typical wooden but pouty self. Though I realize and get why she is cast for the sex appeal.
And why do people bring their four year olds to such movies, the amount of questionable material would make me uncomfortable to see this with a sibling let alone a parent. The special effects and action sequences were great though. Overall, I would give it a 5.5/10.
