Shaadi street is Rati's debut show. Yesterday at 2:00am starone aired its first epi. The show is set in a small muhallah of Benaras town called shaadi street. Rati is the protagonist, her name is Nandini. I'll tell u only the Rati parts of the show. Akshara's dad n dhaniya of yeh rishta r part of d show. there is d heroine of salaam zindagi n jeevan sathi.
nandini is quite like nupur. she enters while she was pickin up some jalebis with some kids frm a small sweet shop n an aunty catches her....so cute. she was wearing a blue lehenga type thing with a short kurti with her hair left open(Lukin gorgeous). Rati luks really young and beautiful in this show. being the youngest and yet the most responsible, nandini is the eye candy of everyone in the family. her elder sister is like d miss india of d muhallah....she's shown to be busy wid guys n make-up only. the eldest brother lives in his dreamland. he thinks he is born to do big things n wishes to go to dubai. nandini alone has to take care of the family shop n all responsibilities that a son has to fulfill n due to this there's a constant tiff b/w nandini's mother n his good for nothing brother. but our sweety always resolves the the tiff n cheers both up. jus like nupur. nandini's mom is a widow. her father was killed by the son of their neighbos family. since then both families are rivals. nandini also has a lot of hatred for the family who killed her father, and leaves no stone unt teach them a lesson. she is shown to be angry young woman. par gusse mein toh wo aur bhi khubsoorat lagti hai!!đ
there is a wedding in the family of her chacha's daughter n her best friend. she goes there n her friend tells her that she loves someone else. unlike nupur, nandini doesn't believe in love n is like aisa ko ho hi nahin sakta jo nandini ko uda kar le jaye. i'll be adressing N as nandini, F as her friend, H as the hero. H is the friend of F's lover. H comes to F's place to kidnap her n take her to his friend so that they can marry. But at night H by mistake takes N instead of F. N n H have cut nok jhok. After the misunderstanding clears n H brings N back at F's place, N's chacha ji ask her who's this guy n where was she all night, towhich H replies that he is N's mangetar. Now nandini is in trouble as chacha is going to call N's mom n ask her abt the guy. Episode ends.
Things i liked:
Rati with open hair, n dresses r also nice.
she luks young and stunning.
rati is d undobtedly d lead n is shown d most unlike in mjht.
i'm totally watchin this only n only for rati that too for a gud 1 hour, hope they keep airing the show.
bad thing was that the male lead is no that gud lukin n story is quite average but who cares until rati is there!đ
