I haven't posted about a new drama in a while, but I just recently finished watching the japanese drama "Innocent Love" (has anyone seen it yet?) . I stars Horikita Maki (of Hana Kimi and Kurosagi fame)....I was skeptical about this drama at first, but ended up LOVING it.
The drama is sweet and kind of slow, but its got a mystery element too it as well as alot of irony and sentimental stuff. I really liked the plot cause it had me hooked, but the love story was intwined in it.....a real good watch, only 10 episodes and Horikita Maki is outstanding....

The story is about Kanon (Horikita Maki) who has always lived with the shadow of her brother, who is in prison for an arson-murder of her parents when she was young. She sufferes from PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) and therefore does not remember many details of the murder, yet she still maintains contact with her brother. The story continues on about the hardships she faces, how she finds love and the mystery surrounding her parent's death that a ruthless journalist is determined to solve. The story also invovles Junya and how he comes into Kanon's life.
