Non-bailable arrest warrant against SRK?
Now it seems that the police might issue a non-bailable warrant against the superstar for hurting the sentiments of the Muslim community.
The confusion began with SRK's interview to a magazine, which admittedly misquoted his statements about the Prophet, referring to him as a negative figure.
This enraged some members of the Muslim community who lodged an FIR against him.
SRK has subsequently clarified a number of times that he never made that statement and has been misquoted by the magazine.
The magazine as well admitted that it was a printing error and King Khan had called the Prophet the most positive figure and not the most negative figure. Errata have been published with every issue of the magazine.
However, some still think that SRK is trying to get away with making derogatory statements and then retracting them, and hence the issue has got more entagled.
