Hey, friends…………….. I just wanted to do a small experiment with this one shot FF. hope you like it. I thought of putting it down before I forget the story.
Coincidence-One shot FF
The breeze was heavy, but she didn't care for it. She stood there in the balcony as if she was waiting for someone. For past one year, after her marriage it became a routine for her, standing there for long hours, waiting for her husband, who left her after marrying her on the day of their marriage, and never returned back. he promised everyone that he would come back and take her. She was still waiting there for him, whom she had never seen, nor heard him. All she knew was, his name, but vaguely which did not register in her mind properly. It was a year, but there was no sight of him. She just let out a lone tear thinking what had happened on that unfateful day. After her father died, four years ago her brother took care of her. After finishing her degree, her mother settled her marriage with a most eligible bachelor Ranvir Singhania. Everyone were happy and she was happy because her mother and brother were happy. Everyone had high hopes on that marriage. but everything shattered, when they heard that Ranvir was a fraud. They could not do anything as they heard that one on the day of the marriage when the baarathi was yet to arrive. Her mother was heart broken, and her brother did not what to do. All that she could remember is that the few minutes later, she saw her brother coming to her asking her to marry his friend, promising that she will be happy with him. Having no option, she has to accept just to save her family from disgrace. Minutes later she found sitting beside him, a stanger whom she never knew in her lifetime. Each other could not see each other properly, he was covered with shera and she with ghungahat. The marriage was over and she was taken to her room. All she could remember onemore time was that she heard his footsteps, in the dark due to the powercut. "I'm sorry, but should go now. But I can't you with me,as I have to leave for Turkey to attend a business conference.", all that she heard him but not properly, but never replied anything. He told her that he would come in few days, but it was a year but never returned back. Her brother who was in contact with him could not tell her when he would come back. "Prachi, Prachi", she heard someone shouting, she comes back to present, she wipes her tears and composes herself ignoring the call. "comeon Prachi, lets go to shopping", her best friend pulls her. "ha, very good idea. On way please collect her wedding photos. She and Alaap were forgetting from past one year from then." Pl said. "ok aunty I will see everything to it." Ayesha replied dragging Prachi outside. They had finished their shopping and were waiting in the photo studio to get the photos. They had to wait due to heavy crowd in that studio. Ayesha came back from outside, where she went to answer a call, grumpily. "sorry yaar need to go. You pick your photos and go home." Ayesha said, but Prachi just gave weak smile and Ayesha left. Prachi waited for her turn to come, she just scans the entire room, and stops at a particular point. She spots a man staring at her intensily, but she just inores him, and snatches a cover and walks towards her car, holding all the shopping stuff in her two hands. She was struggling to open the door, but could not open, as her hands were full of bags. Suddenly a hand fell on the car door, and opening the car door for her. "thanks", she uttered not caring to see him, who was behind her. She keeps the bags inside the back seat of the car and turns back. she jerks seeing him still standing behind her. "actually our covers got exchanged." He says, showing her the cover he was holding. "sorry.. I didn't even see the cover number properly."she replies and hands over the cover she took from the studio,and takes her cover. "thanks, if not I would not see my wife today also", he says with a grin in his face. "what!" PRachi exclaims "no it's a big story. Want to hear it", he replies, but Prachi just nods her head in negative. "I think I owe you a thanks." Prachi looked at him surprised. "don't get me wrong, I should also tell you thanks, but telling simply thanks is not enough. So if agree, can I have the pleasure of having a cup of coffee with you." he asked Prachi. But at first Prachi hesistated as he was a stranger to her. But seeing his decency she accepted his offer and followed him to nearby caf. They took a seat near the window and ordered coffee for both of them. "so you are married", he asked her after a long silence. "yeah",, she replied with a sad tone lowering her gaze. "what's your husband." He asked her. "a business man." She started glaring him uncomfortably. "hey don't get me wrong, I'm also in the same field. Maybe there is chances of nowing him. That's why. So how does he look." He asked sipping his coffee. "I don't know", she answers, making him spill his coffee. "sorry." He utters and looks at her. This was the first meeting with her, but he felt that he met her long before. "this is bit weird. What is this your married and you don't know how your husband looks." He says, but her face turns pale hearing it. "he left me year ago, means we got married in certain circumstances and he had to go on some business a minute after our wedding." He heard her silently. "what a coincidence. I left my wife a year ago and never saw her face till now. And you also are in the same situation. So today both met coincidently, if not we could not ever see our spouses face if not." Prachi gave a weak smile. Before he could ask her anything her phones rings. 'excuse me" she utters and picks up the phone. "ha, ok I'll come", she answers and disconnects the phone. "I' have to leave now, all are waiting for me there. hope you get to your wife. All the best." She says getting up from the place. "you too, hope your husband comes and take you" he replies. He felt something that his relation with her was somewhat deep. Even though he didn't know her he felt that he had thinking of her for a long time. He relaxes in the chair, after she leaves and opens the the cover, which contained her photos. He was shocked to see her as he could not still believe his eyes. Prachi was in the car, heading towards her house. she was getting nervous, her mother had rang her up asking her to come back soon as Prachi's husband was coming there on that day. She did not know what to do, she at all of sudden was going to face a strange person whom she had never seen and going to spend the rest of her life with him. She suddenly turns back and sees a similar car following hers. She did not whose it was and did not understand why was it back of hers. She then sees towards the cover she was holding, but did not dare to open it and see who her husband was. She entered her house, everyone there were smiling towards her. Ayesha hugged her happily. Everyone suddenly turns to the person standing at the entrance. Prachi, takes a deep breathe and turns back and is shocked to him there also. She started glaring him. But he gave a sweet smile towards her. Alaap had warmly welcomed inside. Prachi did not understand why everyone are happy seeing him. He straightly walks towards her, how was standing there numb not understanding what was going over there. "so, you didn't still open the cover and seen your husband's face still" he asked her. Prachi looked at him with the frightened eyes. She tried to talk to him, but she felt a lump in her throat. She glances at the cover she held, and started opening. Her hands were trembling so badly. She takes out the photos from the cover and glances once at the photo then to him with a shocked expression on her face. She just could not believe her eyes. He was the one who met her near the studio and ad coffee with her. She then sees towards her brother, who understood her plight. "he is Milind Mishra, whom you are married to." Alaap started walking towards her. Prachi did not what to do, she did not know whether she should be angry with him or shocked for the situation they met but not knowing each other in the coffee shop. She looked towards everyone in a puzzled manner. "I'm sorry to leave you like that on that day. I wanted to tell you everything in detail on that day but I could not. Everything happened in such a hurry that I could not even meet you and tell all this properly. I went for conference, but there was fire accident that made me stay back till now. Alaap sent me your photos, but before I could see them, my laptop crashed before that. Afterward, either I was busy to ask him or he was busy to send me. It was like hell till when I saw your photos. I should have it seen it much before I met you. when I saw you for the first time in the studio, I felt that you were the one, but seeing that you are married my heart went low. I even don't that you were married to me, we were like strangers that time, either of us knew each others name, but one thing I should tell you, I fell in love with you when I saw you for the first time there unaware that you were my lawful wedded wife. Anyways, I wanted to forget the past like a bad dream, and start a new life with you that to if you accept it." Saying so Milind kneels before Prachi and extends his hand, "would you accept me as your lawful wedded husband and give your part of your time so I can spend my entire life with you and try to keep you happy." Milind asked Prachi. Hearing this tears of happiness rolled out of her eyes. She seeing towards everyone with excitement and happiness. She everyone were also happy as she is, she puts her hand in his and nods her head in acceptance while blushing. Seeing her accepting this, Milind was also happy. He thought of not forgetting that day, where he met his wife, unaware that she was his wife. He gets up and hugs her tightly unaware of his surroundings. Prachi also hugged him back, she was happy at last, as her wait was truly over that day……………………………….
Ok now, the story may look silly.🤪 I don't know how much silly it may look for you'll. Sorry if the blunders and mistakes have crept unknowingly. So I'll be waiting for your comments. Hope you'll enjoy it till I update my otherFF's two weeks later . Have a nice time…………………………………………………………………..😃
