Prem will have no choice but to doubt Heer unless we don't know something that he knows..like may be overheard Gayatri plotting around Heer. By the time Heer feels comfortable to share the problem, it will be too late.
Aslesha's return is surprising! If Preet dies and Heer leaves and Meher goes with her too, I am guessing Gayatri will get Aslesha interested in Prem. Though Prem will never give in..his character is too good!
If Veera's situation turns Nihaal bad once again then he will join his sisters.
Junejas and Maans seperate and Leap takes place!!!
