And I'm not trying to pick a fight here, but for discussion purposes, why is she allowed to say that she is lucky to have gotten such a big debut opposite SRK in OSO and not allowed to say that she hopes to bring that same luck to LAK? I agree she didn't mention BAH and CCTC, but they weren't as big of hits as OSO. LAK is very close to her heart and she admits that no matter what happens at the box office it will remain a special film in her heart forever. CCTC was signed before OSO was even released and same with LAK, she has always been more excited about LAK than she was about CCTC..

^^^^^ exactly n she is talking abt the same luck...not different luck or other peoples luck....its her luck 😉😉😉...of course she gonna hope to bring the same luck now as CC2C n Bah did not well..........ill pray for u deepu, i hope u bring the same luck.......i believe in luck also not juz hard work, i dont believe that in flop films, none of them work hard for it....every1 work hard for a film, but luck is also one of the factor if a film works coz i hv seen some realy realy good films which is a terrible flop...

Education is always a postive asset regardless of the profession you're in, regardless of having a profession at all.

Maybe Deepika is... lying? here, maybe she isn't. Maybe she truly has set a goal (however unreasonable), maybe she's just bluffing it. Rather than being judgemental about it, all I see from these kinds of statements is the possibility that they will set a good example for anyone reading them. It lets those kids reading Vogue india or whatever realize that even in "the industry" education holds value (no one has to tell them it might be fake value instead of face value :D).

I donno, I liked what she said :)

i don't believe in asking for luck... but that is my opinion... luck does play an important role but i believe in asking God to repay all my hard work and make it successful... not that please make me lucky... LOL... luck can only last so long... hence, i do not approve of that... however, i do not believe one deserving a bashing for something as trivial as that...!

aisha (it is, isn't it), that's a good point... i don't mind the answer but it is just a put off... because mostly, almost nobody who has said this has actually gone back and done it... it's a pretty on the face answer, as i said... and later when the same people are going to find out, don't you think they'll find it hypocritical... again, nothing wrong with the answer, but i just don't think it's an honest answer... that's all... LOL... perhaps, i am too conservative and old fashioned.. but i do believe in setting examples rather than just talking pretty talk... what is that saying now, oh yes... a lot of people can talk the talk but only a few can walk the talk... 😳
