I too don't feel homely at the other forums. After logging into IF, first thing I would check is Astitva, no matter how crappy 😕the serial is. Soem times I would watch the serial at home, but still come and read Sree's updates here. Then only I go to the other forums. But I feel that I'm a guest there, who just stops by. Coming back to Astitva forum is like returning home.

We all should thank Sree and admin team for this. 👏

I am not sure if I can watch any other serial. All other serials have Ms Perfects and Sati Savitris and I cannot relate to them in any manner. Not that I related to Simran in this, but the character had flaws and I like it that way.
I doubt if there will be any serials which will be as good as Astitva in the near future. I would want one without a lot of drame baazi. Astitva started out that way, exploring relationships, with no melodrama and no negative characters. But did not continue to be that way, which is different story alltogether.

You are right! In Zee other than RINH I can't think of any female characters right now who are not Sati Savitris or spineless.. Not talking of serials that have ended. So yes, Astitva was a refreshing chage - especially the first 2 years - now it is a different story altogether.
