Wow! Was it really Star Parivaar Awards? I can't believe the event which used to be one of the most awaited shows for us has turned out to be a BIGGEST disaster ever. I never used to wait for IFA or Filmfare or even OSCAR, the way I used to be so excited about SPA.

I sat there for the first half an hour and then switched the channel to watch 20-20 (pak vs newsland) *sigh*. Can't believe I really did that.

Anyway, now about the nominations, DEAR STAR PLUS, may I know what made you even think to NOT to nominate Prem in Favorite Beta category? Well, let me give you some options if you are completely clueless about your own reasons.

a) For worshiping his STEP-mommy as his GOD?

b) For obeying his mommy and kicking his wife out of the house?

c) For being the strength of his daddy?

d) For being the strong pillar for the entire family?

e) For being the MOST LOVABLE character of Ekta aunty's show? (this one makes sense, NO?)

Well, I am NOT upset with Alekh walking away with this award but I am confused about whether this award was given by the critiques or not? Because this award clearly indicates that critiques were sleeping while choosing the winner. How was Alekh an adarsh beta? For always hating his mommy? For barely talking to his daddy? WHY? (watch it!! I am an Angad fan and that's why I don't want him to win any illogical award) Well, if Ranvir was given this award, then it would have made sense because this kid did NOT marry the girl he loved UNTIL he got his PARENTS' full heartfelt consent.

Now, I have been reading a couple of posts saying we should blame the creatives of kis desh. May I know WHY? Kis desh had been #2 or #3 show on SP, then WHY?? If you ask about the characters, then let me tell you this, Preet's (sushant rajput) character had been the MOST consistent character in this show. He has been fulfilling all the duties and responsibilities of a perfect brother and perfect brother-in-law (devar) then why did NOT he win any of these awards? I don't remember, but I had seen Shabbir (rishi from kahin toh hoga) winning favourite bhai award. Even he played a grey (or somewut negative, sorry I don't know coz I never watched this show) character BUT he had always been a good brother. So, why did Rishi win this award back then because it was THE balaji show?

Anyway now tell me CRITIQUES, WHY did you NOT choose Heer as the winner for favourite bahu? Is this because she risked her worthless life to get Juneja properties BACK from the antagonist? Or for living with a stranger (Gaurav) for the sake of her mother-in-law's life? Or for digesting all the pains alone without a single complaint just for the sake of the happiness of Juneja family?

I am NOT sure, but I heard that Ragini won the fav bahu title, may I know WHY? Ever since she had become the daughter in law of Rajvansh empire, I have NOT seen her doing anything strong that should give her the title of best bahu. Now, IF it were Sadhna, then it might have made sense cause she did save her devar and the entire Rajvansh empire from that fraud sonia (sorry can't recall the character's name but it was played by madhura). So, tell me Star Plus, what the hell were you doing while choosing the winners of such important characters? Dozing off??

Now, about the favourite jodi award, I know this is the MOST PRESTGIOUS award of the night. BUT let me tell you this, DON'T !! I repeat DON'T even bother to think that you have done us a Huge favour by giving this award to the most deserving couple. I know if it were in your hands, then you would have given it to some random couple but then later you might have to face a furious audience of Premeer, demanding for a God-damn explanation and you would have NOTHING to justify yourselves.

Now about the worst editing. SP please do us a favour and watch this SPA telecast once again to see what a garbage editing you guys have done. KUDOS!!!

Finally, just keep in mind that WE (deshians) have digested this biased politics of SPA this year BUT don't make the same mistake next year (if you don't cut this show out of your way) or else, WE, the loyal audience of Kis desh and Premeer will NOT sit there and digest all those crappy unfairness that had been thrown towards us this time?.

It's NOT the awards that will be recognized or remembered by us. It's YOUR hard work, your dedication towards your work that will be in our hearts even after we die. The award may be the recognition of your character BUT our love and support will be the recognition of the lives that you two have given to PREM-HEER.
