Just as everyone had predicted, Vikram gives the royal ditch to Devu.
Devu wakes up to find herself alone in the room. She calls out to Viks but no response. She searches everywhere but he is not to be found. One by one, the hotel manager, then the punjabi couple and even the press turns up there and asks her awkward questions and which frightens Devu. She still thinks something has happened to Viks and she is worried for him.
Here, Sakshi keeps calling her and Devu assures her she will come back as soon as Vikram turns up. Mom and Goda kaku are also worried. Abhilasha is like as if Divali has come early for her. She taunts Pratiksha, "Aata tond kaala karun yeyil hi Devyani". Devu bichaari calls up Ranvir Raje. He pretends sympathy and tells her not to worry, it is Vikram's habit of just going off without informing anybody.
It is getting late and the hotel manager asks her if she will stay there or should he arrange for some vehicle. She asks to go home and a car is arranged and she goes to the Rajeshirke household. There she is prevented from going inside by the servant. She forcefully goes in, and Saima comes there and shouts at the servant for allowing her inside and orders him to throw her out. Devu is shocked. Dejectedly she walks here and there. Priyadarshini is informed that Devu had come there and she was insulted and pushed out. She too is shocked beyond words. She receives a call from Devu who cries and tells her all that has happened. She asks her whether Vikram is avoiding her and Priya tells her that cannot be. Devu asks where can he be, she tells usually he will go to the farmhouse and asks her to go there.
A few of Vikram's friends are there by the poolside drinking and dancing. Devu ask for Vikram and they make fun of her. Vikram is drinking and watching with a cold look on his face. Devu spots him and comes running to him and hugs him and talks nonstop about why he went off like that. He doesn't respond and she looks at him bewildered. Then a friend says something about Vikram and she gets angry and slaps him right and left. Viks is angered. He consoles the friend and then confronts Devu and says how dare u slap my best friend. The next time u do such a thing, he then removes the bandage and flexes his hand and says, it will be my hand and your face. She is shocked.
Then starts his tirade of how he was acting all along. He only wanted to take revenge on her, so all the drama. One after another he tells what all he had to do to win her trust and how disgustful it was for him to do all that. He had to butter up to her middle class family and etc., etc. He then tells her for all this he got to spend one night with her and now there is no difference between her and the other girls who run around him. He tells her to get lost and never show her face to him again (the swine).
Devu roams about aimlessly thinking of all that he said and then she falls on her knees and shouts loudly Vikkkkkkkkkkkkkrrrrrrrrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaammmmmmmm.
