well you know that Ugly Betty was copied from Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin, and JJKN was copied from a spanish soap opera...

so .... i mean eventually is inevitable to not copy something or someone.

it just happens to happen with indian serials more. almost all have some plot taken from some classic bollywood movie.

and that guy is definitely an inspiration from marc. wardrobe and hair is the same (could have been different). it's not the gay fact at all, it's that PLUS all else

Bhaskar Bharti is a daily show (Mon-Thurs)on Sony TV. It is based on an argentine comedy show Lalola. It premiered on May 25, 2009. -(wiki)
JJKN- latin show
Tujh Sang- First DDLJ, then Rab Ne Banadi Jodi
Kis Desh- Hum Saath Saath Hain
Kya Dil Mein- Promo exact copy of Saawariya
Kasauti - 2nd leap was supposed to give it a new twist, a new flavor, started out as a copy of mohabbatein with shweta taking on amitab's role, but soon this fizzled out

oh man i can't think, the list is endles. actually, this is quite fun, if you guys can think of more please do add. you're right in that it happens in other country's cinema and tv shows. but it seems to happen here more. and i'm all for it when the purpose is to bring a new type of show to the indian audience, because it's very much needed. but other times, it's just jaded. so i actually applaud bhaksar bharti. I LOVE THIS SHOW! this exactly what the indian audience needs.
