skep.........i m so sorry😭😭😭 but u need a hug more than this...🤗
i m not much good at this sort of thing..so ll just share this poem with u....i know what the poems says...easier said than done but...

Death is nothing at all,
I have only slipped away
into the next room.

I am I,
and you are you;
whatever we were to each other,
that, we still are.

Call me by my old familiar name,
speak to me in the easy way
which you always used,
put no difference in your tone,
wear no forced air
of solemnity or sorrow.

Laugh as we always laughed
at the little jokes we shared together.
Let my name ever be
the household word that it always was.
Let it be spoken without effect,
without the trace of a shadow on it.

Life means all
that it ever meant.
It is the same as it ever was.
There is unbroken continuity.

Why should I be out of mind
because I am out of sight?

I am waiting for you,
for an interval,
somewhere very near,
just around the corner.

All is well.

😊

Kya kare......? life is sometimes cruel and sometimes beautiful. I gave my pet a good life. He was a stray. I preferred bringing in a stray than a pedigree. Wouldn't you agree?

into the next room.

Yes true......I know you are there
But what do I tell my seeking eyes that search you everywhere?

I am I,
and you are you;
whatever we were to each other,
that, we still are.
And in the meadows,
Where the grass grows
Where everything is free
One day, that's where we'll be

Call me by my old familiar name,
speak to me in the easy way
which you always used,
put no difference in your tone,
wear no forced air
of solemnity or sorrow.
I call you in tones low
But I only hear my echo
I shall really try tomorrow
To remember you without sorrow

Laugh as we always laughed
at the little jokes we shared together.
Let my name ever be
the household word that it always was.
Let it be spoken without effect,
without the trace of a shadow on it.
On the shelf lies your little wooly ball
And your favourite rag doll
Tears and pain take a while to heal
How do I express just what I feel?

Life means all
that it ever meant.
It is the same as it ever was.
There is unbroken continuity.
I have tried to understand through summer and fall
Still I don't understand what life means at all......

Why should I be out of mind
because I am out of sight?
You could never be out of mind
For the indelible memories you've left behind
So what if you are now out of sight
There is a morning to follow this night.

I am waiting for you,
for an interval,
somewhere very near,
just around the corner.

All is well.

😊

Actually Arwen....................yes that poem is written by someone who can comfort to one in mourning. This poem is often quoted at funerals when one goes for a christian service. Its printed and distributed at wakes too. A resurrection of a kind.

Hello everyone, (and sorry for this sad post)

Wanted to tell all of you that my pretty one is no more. 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭
Most of you knew him since I wrote so much about Chesh.
@ Sammy...............I did everthing I could, but his kidneys just gave up. I know this complication is often seen with feline diabetes and probably that's what finally happened. His creatnine levels were atrociously high despite the fact that his sugar level was reasonable.
I had to go for a holiday and I almost cancelled because I didn't want to leave him in such a way. The day before my departure, he passed away. Three weeks away from home, helped me to accept his death .........somewhat. But the minute I returned home, I began to miss him. Today I am just sitting mournfully and missing him.
😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭
Tomorrow I shall be back reading everything that everyone has written and viewing the VMs ..................

skepy first of all so so sorry for such late reply......i was dealing with another illness and could not be very active from last 3 days....so could not log in ....u see he was there with u for a reason...now he is gone also for a reason............it was end of his sufferings.......so for his sake.....think positive and think he is up there in his own kitty heaven....looking down at you and wishing taht u smile a again and may be one day when u r ready care for another bezubaan as ........they suffer most in this selfish world and that would be best tribute to chesh........................😭
