Written Update 3 & 4 June 2009

Raghav puts the phone down and tells everyone that his friend Suraj got into an accident while coming to Veerpur and he must go now. Ammaji tells him how he can leave Sia alone on such an important day but Raghav promises to come back early and Sia says he should go be with his friend.

In the evening Sia gets ready and comes to the reception party and Ammaji praises her beauty. Sia's dad and Vaidehi also come. Then the minister comes and Ammaji introduces Sia as her bahu. Minister is surprised and Ammaji explains that she accepted their love. Minister says Sia is the right person to come into Ammaji's family. Yogender calls Raghav's phone to see when he is coming but his phone is turned off. Sia gets worried for him and sits by herself.

Jai comes to sit with Sia and tells her not to worry and Raghav will be back soon. Sia says she is worried because his phone is off. Jai says his phone must be off because he is out of coverage are and the network in neighboring towns is really bad. He tells Sia to keep smiling otherwise people will think someone forced you to marry Raghav and you are not happy with him. Sia smiles and Ammaji who is talking to the minister takes note of Jai and Sia talking.

Some dancers come and dance on the stage and Aditya also starts dancing with them. Adi pulls Ammaji to dance too and then Ammaji asks Avtar and Chanda to dance. Everyone is enjoying while Sia keeps looking around for Raghav. Jhoomer comes with the phone to Sia saying its Raghav. Raghav tells her he is fine and he wants to talk to her so she should walk away from the party where there is lots of noise. Sia walks away and Raghav tells her Suraj is serious and needs and operation and his parents aren't here yet so he can't leave. He asks Sia to understand and not be angry with him and not to tell Ammaji about it. Sia agrees and goes back to the party.

Ammaji asks if it was Raghav and Sia says he said he'll be here soon. After the dancing everyone is eating and Sia is standing alone. Jai comes to her with icecream but she says she is not in a mood. Jai insists but she refuses. Jai is talking to her and again Ammaji notices them and her expression changes. Sia's dad also sees this and gets a worried look. Then all family members of Raghav look towards them while they are talking obliviously. Jai tells Sia that Raghav like jasmine flowers a lot and she should put them in her hair he'll really like it. Sia is surprised that Raghav likes jasmine. Vaidehi who notices everyone looking at Sia and Jai comes to Sia and takes her away.

The two police inspectors show up and Ammaji scolds them for coming late everywhere. They say something about Ammaji accepting Sia even after all the issues she created and Ammaji gets angry with them. They comment that Ammaji has really changed. Sia finds Jhoomer and asks her if there are any jasmine plants around and she'd like to have some for tonight. Jhoomer promises to get it for her.

The party ends and everyone leaves. Sia is taken to her room which is decorated. The ladies tease her and leave. Jhoomer brings her a whole bunch of jasmine. After all guests leave Ammaji comes to a man who is there to talk about some land problem he is having. Ammaji tells him she didn't have a chance to deal with his problem because of the wedding and all and she'll look at it now. They all sit down to look at some files. Sia is putting the jasmine on her hair and thinking about Raghav and all their meetings. Someone is walking towards the haveli in the dark. Suddenly the lights go off and Ammaji asks the servants to turn the generator on. They hear a pot breaking and Ammaji goes with everyone to see what happened. They see the broken pot and also notice someone's dirty foot prints on the carpet.
