Romance isn't the only necessity

I know 'Miley Jab Hum Tum' is essentially a romantic college based show but we've also had the opportunity to see other aspects i.e. the relationship between siblings, platonic friendships and basically college life in general but for the past week or so, the romance has taken its toll and the other important factors have taken a backseat which IMO has kind of taken away the charm of the show to a certain extent. Last week, all 4 protaganists were seen in the same clothes for the whole week and I personally really miss the light-heartedness side of the show. THE MASTI of the MJHT Gang is missing! Falling in love does not mean you can't smile and I honestly think Nupur should convert back to her usual self ASAP. Call me biased but where are the sister scenes? I miss them a lot. Where are the Sam-Benji scenes? The romance side is necessary but it doesn't mean we don't get to see anything else! Its getting a boring to be honest!

These are just my opinions ofcourse and I can understand if people do not agree with me. 😛

I also want more Mayu-Mom-Nupur and Mayu-CJ scenes... Haven't seen CJ since the rose day when she made that false call to Mayu..

See, I'm a die-hard romantic but I've always thought that this show had more to offer than just love stories and I really enjoyed watching the other relationships.

Hai Lord, Neha, I agree! How could I forget to mention to mayu and his mums scenes! I ADORE them too! Yes CJ is missing too. Dia is only seen with RV, I kind of miss her and Sams scene too.

Hey I'm as romantic as the next person too....lol..but maybe my definition of 'romance' doesn't quite gel with the cheesefest usually depicted...but oh well...moving beyond that.....in the early days, they did do a better job of showing interactions among all characters....this has sadly deteriorated more and more since the show has progressed....maybe cuz the creatives feel a pressure from the audience to keep on showing scenes of the couples together.....lol....

Yess im soo with u on that! rite now theres waaay too much romance or lack of in sajan story but i wouldnt mind as long as there was funny moments like before, and scenes with benjy and sam! wheres benjy dissapeared to? And CJ? I enjoy watching CJ, shes a unique charcter altogether and i love her sarcy comments and scenes with mayank.

I really miss benji... and I want to see the friendship of Sammy and Dia. They wr so close before. Now everything is changed.

Well personally, I think it is not a as well rounded as we'd like it to be. And that is the problem. What we get to see is an assimilation of cute romantic moments. Which is why other characters are often brought in, just to fill in the gaps. They don't have a natural interaction between them. As much as I am a sucker for romantic serials, I would rather see a robust plot as opposed to mindless passion. My thoughts. No offense intended :-)
