how to?

ok i hv asked this q earlier but somehow ppl misunderstood my ques hehe...ok wut i want to know is how to take pictures from a playing video of ALL the scenes like nomi provides for us in most of the forums...now the ans i got was to use prt sc on the keyboard, but dont u think theres some other way of doing it, then me having to use print screen, copy and pase EACH individual scene? if u guyz could help me, i would really appreciate it.😊
