I loved her as Shantipriya.he had the poise and grace.Then all of a sudden her skills are in question?

What happened to her? In BAH she was the one who got most criticism.I dont think she proclaimed any

good reviews for cctc. I can only think maybe she is under pressure from public and media on top of that

affair with hot hunk .Or is it Farah khan who could bring that out in her.I only hope LAK she gives one of her

best performances.Cant wait to see her and saif together.👏

I agree with the post, She was AWESOME in OSO, i thought she's going to beat all the actresses. As her debut OSO she was the perfect choice as ShantiPriya. However, you have to give A LOT of credit to Farah and Srk for showing how they viewed ShantiPriya. At that time i had Deepika Craze😆Even fought with friends because they were annoyed by her. To me she was Next Hema malini😳 She wasn't just beautiful but she brought spark life into the character.

However now i don't see the same magic. After watching BAH, i was asking to myself if her role is bad or she lost the spark? She disappointed me a lot and i still wonder why she bothered doing the movie? Climax was really bad. I didn't bother watching CC2C. Again in Billu item song, it was below average to bad. Farah is amazing and a beautiful director and she knows how to use her leading actress, she did with Sushmita, Amrita and in her latest movie OSO. But then again It's just beginning for Deepika, she'll have many many more movies to do and will have many chances to prove her talent.

Shanti priya won't stay forever since it was just one character, she can't keep playing that same character. I loved deepika in oso. I liked deepika in BAH but I loved deepika on cctc. She was the best part in cctc. No other bollywood actress could play a role like CCTC or in OSO. But yeah pressure got to deepika and made her skinny. She had a weight to her during oso days but now she lost that weight.

deepika is alwayz good. she is best than otherz. she lost no spark. i tink she waz vry good in bah and cc2c. deepika is the best.

I loved her as Shantipriya, she emoted so well for a newcomer, the anguish and torment portrayed before Shantipriya died amazed me. I couldn't fault her in her role in BAH, she made such such an impact to the movie despite her brief role. Infact she was the best thing about the movie barring Khuda Jaane.
Though I can't blame her for doing CC2C after all she did sign it before OSO, it's not like she was flooded with offers when she began so I guess she chose to do it to forward her career, I haven't seen the movie but Akshay received more flak than anyone for sticking to the same genre of mindless comedies.

I have immense hopes for LAK, but you know even if she will act well in LAK, her detractors are still going to write her off as a bad actress and will entirely credit Imtiaz and Saif. Just like people completely credit SRK for OSO and hail Bipasha instead for BAH. It's just like Aish, no matter how well she acts in some movies she'll never receive due credit.
