After reading the Midday story ('Salman-E-Ishq', May 29) about the two teens from Shimla who ran away from their hometown to come to Mumbai to see their idol, he called us to say that he'd like to meet the runaway boys.
But he had one condition, "I don't want any reporters or photographers present. I just want to meet them in private."
What per cent of people believe that Salman didn't really want his meeting with the boys to be written about? Oh, who cares, we believe him. He has his faults but seeking publicity is not one of them.
