Rasi happy and surprised to see kalyan, she asked him why didn;t he informed that he is coming back, he told he was so much busy in settling things in london, kalyan's dad came, and happy to see him, asked what happened, why didn't he gave any calls and talk, he told, there is a big financial problem arised in his company. Tara's dad company shares started to come down, and someone misled the shareholders, so everything was in a mess, and he was trying to sort that out.
Tara's dad...is in distress, tara came there, and her dad try to make a call, she asked with whom he try to talk, he replied,...a fellow named pandiyan (Im not sure..this name is correct), he borrow so much money from him, now he is asking him, and he is ruthless, if they fail to pay the money he can go for any extent. But tata's dad couldn't contact that lender, and he desperately lyes down on a sofe. Tara calms him down and at the same time kalyan came in, he told, he and tara will talk to pandiyan.
When tara and kalyan went and talk to pandiyan, kalyan and tara try to explain the company's situation and make him understand, but he is still in his ruthless stand and told, first they got to pay off the biggest debt..otherwise it will be an end to the company. Kalyan tried to talk to him again and again, but tara lost her patience at some point, and ask kalyan to come out and went outside. After they went pandiyan called his lawyer, seems he is going to proceed in legal terms to deal with tara's dad.
At home tara and kalayn told what happened..tara's dad told lets face it,.whatever comes, as there is no other choice....kalyan try to cheer him up and left, after he left, dad ask tara to come with him to the temple, tara told she doesn't believe god..but dad kind of forces her to come with him.
