The IPL concluding has made way for several new TV shows, re-launching many of televisions biggest stars, after hordes of hit saas bahu shows went kaput recently. The new shows follow the current trend of delivering new ideas to the audience and feature several household names that have been off the radar for quite some time. We take a look at the TV biggies who are making their comebacks on the small screen.
Eijaz went missing from our TV screens nearly two years ago. He played a lover boy on Kkavyanjali and was then busy with his film Bhanwraa and two other movies. Now, he's back with a bang in Bhaskar Bharti, playing a womaniser who is transformed into a girl when one of his ex-girlfriends curses him. Though Eijaz's character has already transformed on the show, it is said that he will be back at some point of time, when Bhaskar is shown pleading to God to transform him into a boy again.
He played an idealistic character on Balaji's Kya Dil Main Hai, which aired on 9X. But shows on the channel wrapped up abruptly due to the workers' strike last year and Kya Dil Main Hai was never resurrected. Then, he and his partner Sanjeeda were seen hosting Nach Baliye 4. Now, Ali will be seen playing the role of Bhaskar's close friend Armaan in Bhaskar Bharti. Armaan is a simple character who is the father of a six-year-old girl; he is the exact opposite of Bhaskar.
